Do I have to rent both houses?
No. Each house is rented on its own, and most guests book one. For a wedding or a big family gathering you can take both for the same week, fifteen minutes apart, once Palazzo Valide opens in 2027.
Can I book a single room?
No. Each house is rented to one group at a time. No shared spaces, no other guests, no strangers at breakfast.
Who are the houses for?
Families who need proper space. Friends who have been meaning to do something extraordinary for years. Couples who want more than a hotel room. Wedding parties.
How do I book?

What is the minimum stay?
Seven nights from June to September, Sunday to Sunday. Five nights the rest of the year.
What makes these different from other villa rentals?
Most are run by agencies from a distance. We run both houses ourselves, through our company GiGi SRL. From the first message to the keys, you deal with us.
Where exactly are the houses?
Masseria Coucou is just outside Neviano, in the middle of Salento. Palazzo Valide is in the centre of Galatone, fifteen minutes away. Gallipoli and the Ionian coast are twenty minutes from both.
